Yes, it works on carpeted floors.
What is the weight limit?
We’ve tested Ruggie on people weighing 250lbs+ and it held up perfectly fine.
How does the morning motivation work?
After your alarm stops, your greeting will play. It is optional, and you simply need to upload it from your computer via USB cord using our advanced settings software.
Can you wash it?
Ruggie’s cover is not machine washable, but it can be cleaned easily with a lint roller.
Will my cat / dog turn off the alarm?
Even if your furry animals slept on Ruggie all night, the alarm will still go off.
How long does the batteries last?
Depending how Ruggie is used, it can last 4-8 months.

How much is shipping?
In the United States shipping is FREE.
For international orders shipping is a flat rate of $19 per Ruggie.

How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship orders within 24 hours of your purchase (on week days).
US Shipping can take 2-7 business days.
International Shipping can take 7-14 business days. But occasionally more.

if you are dissatisfied with Ruggie, you may return it unused with original packaging within 30 days of your purchase, for a full refund excluding shipping costs.
