Return and refund policy

If you're not satisfied with Ruggie for any reason, whether opened or unopened, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Just ship it back to us with everything you received (original unit, rug, manual, accessories, box and packaging), and once we receive tracking confirmation, we'll process your refund in full. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
