Return and refund policy

If for any reason you’re unhappy or changed your mind with an unopened product within 30 days, we’ll gladly exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Prefer a refund instead? We can issue that as a one-time courtesy.

Please note that returns are only accepted if a product is unopened, unused, due to hygiene and safety standards. However, if you’ve opened your product and it’s not quite right for you, we can still arrange an exchange within 30 days of purchase for something that might work better. Return shipping fees are covered by customer.
