How does the morning motivation work? Can I not have it?
First, it is completely optional. By default it doesn’t have one, it must be uploaded. You simply upload it from your computer via USB cord and the software we provide.
Basically, after the alarm stops, the morning greeting will play.
You can upload any mp3 (1mb) for it to greet you with every single morning! We have a library of premade mp3s for you to select from, but its best you record your own personalized morning greetings for maximum morning improvement.
Will my cat / dog turn off the alarm?
Even if your furry animals slept on Ruggie all night, the alarm will still go off.
What if I wake up before the alarm?
There’s a way to turn off the upcoming alarm by tapping on Ruggie 8 times within 3 seconds.
How long does the batteries last?
Depending how Ruggie is used, it can last 4-8 months.

Does it work on carpeted floors?
Yes, it works on carpeted floors.
Can you set multiple alarms?
Yes, using advanced settings you can set up to 2 alarms a day. And have it go off according to your weekly schedule. (ex. Only go off on week days and not weekends).
Can it tell me my weight?
Nope, Ruggie does not have that function at the moment.
What is the weight limit?
We’ve tested Ruggie on people weighing 250lbs+ and it held up perfectly fine.
Can you wash it?
Ruggie’s cover is not machine washable, but it can be cleaned easily with a lint roller.

How long does shipping take?
We pack and ship orders within 24 hours of your purchase (on week days).
US Shipping can take 2-7 business days.
International Shipping can take 7-14 business days. But occasionally more.

Our shipping cost varies depending on where you are in the world, and what speed you want it delivered.
